His vocal and impactful support of Israel and Jewish causes while in Congress is unparalleled, and he is a past Chairman of the International Council of Jewish Parliamentarians (ICJP).

• Gotham Partner Representative Gary Ackerman was a Member of Congress for 20 years and served as Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia and as Ranking Member of the Middle East Subcommittee. Like his colleague Eliot Engel, the Congressman is a past ICJP Chairman.
