Bradley L. Gerstman, Esq.

Brad Gerstman has been described by his clients, friends, and associates as “aggressive, tireless, creative, and goal oriented”. His desire to exceed expectations on all client matters is obvious by all those who have worked with him. His tenacity and relationship building has provided him access and relationships with all levels of government, including his ability to reach the President of the United States personally, to discuss a client matter. Brad’s track record in obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients is clear and uncontested. His diverse background and keen business sense have served to further enhance his ability to size up a situation quickly and then outline the proper course of action.

In addition to Brad’s participation as a Government Relations Lawyer and partner with Gotham Government Relations, Brad is the President of Quest Service Group, LLC. In this role, Brad oversees all business operations, including company strategy, business development, and customer service. He is also an integral member of the executive team of Quest’s sister company, HGA, Inc., and as such, has consulted with Fortune 500 companies on many matters relating to business development. Since joining the organization in 2000, company revenues increased by more than 600%. The operation is now one of the largest private employers on Long Island. Brad’s experience as an entrepreneur is invaluable in analyzing business needs and synthesizing those needs into a legislative and government agenda.

Brad is a licensed attorney and a member of the New York State Bar since 1994. Brad started by serving the people of the State of New York as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx. At the DA’s office, Brad investigated corporate fraud and corruption cases. He also prosecuted violent crimes and narcotics cases. From 1997 until 2000, Brad operated a law firm concentrating in Criminal Defense and general litigation. Some of his high profile and newsworthy cases included an unfair eviction of a senior citizen, the protection of children from lead based paint and the defense of a young woman forced into a life of prostitution. Brad has a proven track record of advocating for people, both as a prosecutor and as a defense attorney.

Brad is also an author of two books, which are published in over fifteen countries and languages. His book, “What Men Want”, was a national best seller in 1998 and also appeared on the New York Times best seller list. During his book tour, Brad was seen regularly on shows such as 20/20, the View, and Good Morning America.

Active in his profession and community, Brad is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Nassau Health Care Corporation and is chairman of the facilities committee where he is spearheading a $400 million makeover of the hospital, clinics, and senior living facility. He is a co-founder and board member of the Lisa Beth Gerstman Foundation, a family foundation that provides summer camp experiences to children with physical disabilities. Additionally, Brad is very politically active, holding memberships on various political committees, has served in high levels on political campaigns, and was advocacy chair on the 2007 Long Island Walk Now for Autism Planning Committee. He is currently Vice President and Board Member of the Long Island Medical Foundation.

David M. Schwartz, Esq.

David has spent his entire career practicing law as a litigator and is actively in involved with the political landscape in New York State. In his career as a trial attorney he has successfully tried high profile felony cases, misdemeanors as well as civil cases. David has been a regular guest legal commentator for the Fox News Channel, MSNBC, Headline News, WABC News, Fox Morning Show, Court TV and the ESPN morning show. Asked by these television networks to give legal analysis and his expert opinion on criminal cases, constitutional legal issues, civil cases and has argued for stronger drug testing guidelines affecting professional athletes. David was appointed by the New York State Senate as a Commissioner on the Commission on Judicial Nomination which nominates Justices to the NYS Court of Appeals and is also a Trustee of the Brooklyn Bar Association. David is able to bring together for our clients, his vast experience in law, business, media and politics.

David served the people of the State of New York as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County from 1993 through1997. As an Assistant District Attorney, he handled hundreds of criminal prosecutions. He successfully tried numerous felonies and misdemeanor cases which lead to the conviction and incarceration of many criminals. David has been engaged in the private practice of law from 1997 to present and concentrates his practice in Commercial and Criminal Litigation, Administrative Hearings, Contracts, and Appeals. David also represents various businesses and counsels them on all legal issues and political issues. David is admitted and appears in the United States District Court of New York, Eastern and Southern Districts, United States Tax Court, New York State Supreme Court, New York City Criminal and Civil Court, and Nassau County District Court. David has argued appeals in the New York State Appellate Division, First and Second Departments, and he has appeared Pro Hoc Vice in the United States District Court of New Jersey.

In 2004, David was appointed by then Governor George Pataki as a Board Member of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Inspector General Management Advisory Board. In 2005, David was appointed by the New York State Senate to serve as an appointee to the Board of the New York Convention Javits Center and was appointed in 2006 as a Commissioner to the Commission on Judicial Nomination. David was elected Vice President of Temple Sinai in Roslyn New York serving over one thousand families. David as the Executive Director of Citizens Against Cross Contamination, (CACC) an organization dedicated to preventing cross contamination arising out of endoscopic procedures. David has worked tirelessly in a campaign to change the standard of care in the reprocessing of endoscopes from the current ineffective standard of disinfection to complete sterilization. David has dedicated resources and time working for CACC in order to safeguard the estimated 15 million patients who receive endoscopic procedures every year. He has also fought for the rights of tax payers who are losing billions of dollars a year due to the illegal and untaxed distribution of cigarettes.
